Fund Manager - Self Management at the Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE)

The Creative Data Academy allowed me to see the bigger picture of where, as a data analyst, I can utilise my skills, have a career and bring data analysis to industry areas where data is not utilised to its possibilities.

Having met individuals from various industries during the Academy, along with working on a brief for SSE, really opened my eyes and made me start my career in the health and social care sector.

As a Fund Manager, I am currently remodelling our processes, and including data analysis and evaluation to ensure that data, insight and information is harnessed and is informing our work, as well as health and social care policy and practice across Scotland.
